Swaddles:

Q: What is swaddling?

Swaddling is a method of wrapping a blanket snugly around your baby, creating a sense of security and comfort similar to being in the womb. It helps prevent the newborn startle reflex from waking them up and keeps them warm in a secure way.

 

Q: What type of blanket is best for swaddling?

The best baby swaddle wraps are made from lightweight and breathable materials such as cotton muslin or bamboo. These materials provide a gentle and comfortable swaddling experience for your baby.

 

Q: Do babies sleep better when swaddled?

Yes, swaddling is known to help calm newborn babies and improve their sleep. Most babies sleep more soundly when swaddled, as it provides a sense of security and reduces the risk of the Moro Reflex, which can startle a newborn and disrupt their sleep.

 

 

Wash and Care:

Q: How do I clean and care for the CooCooBaby products?

Cleaning and caring for our products is easy! All of our items are machine washable. For the loungers, covers, swaddles, and feeding supports, we recommend washing them on a COLD cycle with mild detergent. Be sure to avoid getting detergent directly onto the products themselves. When washing the loungers and feeding supports, it's best to avoid using an agitator as it may shift the filling. We suggest using a detergent free of optical brighteners. Please note that Dreft and Tide detergents, even the free and clear variants, have been known to cause problems with the organic dyes used on our products. To dry your items, use the COOL setting on your dryer. If you want to be extra cautious, you can air dry them. When drying covers, it's best to lay them flat to prevent the fabric from stretching.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Q1: What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order and it was placed within the last 3 hours, you can do so by using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. After canceling your order, you will receive order cancellation and refund confirmation emails. If it has been over 3 hours since your order was placed, please email our Care team at support@babydreamshome.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that if a shipping label has already been created, we won't be able to cancel your order, and you will need to follow the return process.

 

Q2: What if I need to return or exchange my items?

We want you to love everything you order, but if you don't, you may return any product purchased on our website within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. The returns must be in the original packaging and unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Please note that original shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable. Include your name, email address, and order number with the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and refunds are issued to your original method of payment. After 30 days from the date of shipment, we'll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect.

 

Q3: Can I change the size or color of a product after I place an order?

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you want to change the size or color of a product, simply place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original method of payment.

Q: What are the shipping rates for international orders?

Shipping rates for international orders depend on the size and weight of the package, as well as the specific destination. The shipping charges will be calculated for you before checkout, so you'll know the exact fees before committing to the purchase. Currently, we are not experiencing any delays with international shipping or deliveries.
